Brian joined Interstate Tenant in 2010 and has over seven years of real estate and financial experience, working on both the debt and ownership side, analyzing and structuring a variety of complex transactions across all real estate classes.

Brian was a Senior Analyst with real estate developer Optima, where he focused on acquisitions and capital structuring.  Prior to Optima, Brian served as an investment analyst in the multi-family division of Freddie Mac.
